ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

To ensure a smooth arrival and departure, we kindly ask our guests to follow these guidelines:

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (please inform us in advance if you plan a later arrival)
Check-out: before 10:00 AM

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any booking request for Casa Jawa can only be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit, payable by bank transfer or cheque. Once the deposit has been received, the booking becomes firm and final and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, while we fully understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from staying with us (such as family matters, weather conditions, or health issues), we cannot assume responsibility for these situations, nor offer any reimbursement.
